December 2006,Columbia, South Carolina, A 27 year old mother Brandi Ervin has her 12 year old son arrested by Rock Hill Police because he unwrapped the present early.where the present is a Nintendo Game Boy Advance was meant to him.the boy has a history of bad behavior, including shoplifting from stores and stealing money from her. The mother said he even punched a police officer last month and was arrested for disorderly conduct for it.
